Les Copains's kushiyaki

means Yakitori and other skewered meat and vegetable.

What is Yakitori then?

Yakitori is made from pieces of chicken, skewred on a bamboo stick.
It is served right after grilled over a charcoal fire with Shio or Tare sauce.

We have two sauces.

"Shio" - It is salt based.
"Tare" - It is soy based special sauce for yakitori.

"Tori"           - chicken thigh
"Seseri"        - checken neck
"Negima"     - checken thigh and leek
"Hatsu"        - checken heart
"Sunagimo" - cheken gizzard
"Kawa"         - chicken skin
"Tsukune"    - minced chicken

"Yonezawa-gyu" - Very mild special beef called "Yonezawa-gyu"
